Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of etite.tech, the website of ETITE Ltd (“ETITE”, “we”, “us”), a software and technology company based in Kigali, Rwanda. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

What these terms cover

These terms cover the website only: its pages in every language, its forms and the information on it.

Client projects. Software we design, build, deploy or support for a client is governed by the written agreement or accepted proposal we sign with that client, not by these terms.

ETITE products. ETITE Workspace, ETITE ERP, ETITE School, ETITE Accounts and our other products have their own terms of use and pricing, published on each product’s own site (for example hub.etite.tech for ETITE Workspace).

If these terms differ from a client agreement or a product’s terms, the client agreement or the product’s terms apply to that project or product.

Using the website

You may use the website to learn about ETITE, our services, products and work, and to contact us. When you use it, you agree not to:

Misuse it. Do not use the website for anything unlawful, or in a way that could damage, overload or disrupt it.

Try to get in where you are not allowed. Do not try to access the administration area, other people’s data, or any system we run or link to, without authorisation, and do not test their security without our written permission.

Send harmful or false content. Do not send malware, spam, or content that is false, offensive or infringes someone else’s rights, and do not pretend to be someone else in our forms.

Collect data automatically. Do not copy or collect the website’s content or data with automated tools, except for search engines that index public pages.

Information on the website

The information on the website is general information about ETITE, our services and our products. We work to keep it accurate and current, but it may change without notice, and it is not professional advice for your specific situation.

Screens marked as illustrative, and the names and figures in them, are examples. Figures about our clients, projects and users describe our work as of the date we published them.

Nothing on the website is an offer we are bound by. Prices are not listed here: we quote them for each project, and each product lists its own.

Consultations, enquiries and proposals

A free consultation is a conversation to understand your needs. It places no obligation on you or on ETITE.

Sending a form, an email or a WhatsApp message does not create a contract. A contract exists only when you and ETITE sign a written agreement or you accept our written proposal.

When you contact us, share only information you are entitled to share. If you need to tell us something confidential before we agree on a project, ask us to sign a non-disclosure agreement first.

We handle the personal data you send us as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our work and our clients’ systems

The case studies and live systems shown on the website are published with our clients’ permission. Those systems belong to our clients: their use is governed by their owners’ terms, and you may access them only as their owners allow.

Client names and logos are the trademarks of their owners and are shown with their permission. Showing them does not mean a client endorses anything beyond the work described.

Intellectual property

The website and its content, including its text, design, graphics, illustrations, software and the ETITE name and logo, belong to ETITE or to the people who licensed them to us.

You may view the website, print or save pages for your own use, and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell or adapt its content, or use the ETITE name or logo, without our written permission.

Links to other services

The website links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp, maps, social networks, our clients’ systems and our product sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or how they work.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, for example for maintenance or improvements.

Liability

The website is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, ETITE is not liable for any loss or damage that results from using the website or relying on its general information, or from the services it links to, including indirect loss, loss of profit and loss of data.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Rwanda.
