Our name stands for Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technologies.

A Kigali company that public institutions rely on, and that small businesses can call by name.

ETITE started in Kigali in 2020 with a simple belief: the best platform and the best price mean nothing without people who answer when you call. That is still how we work.

Today we build web and mobile apps, design interfaces, offer software as a service, add AI features to existing systems, deploy our clients' systems on cloud servers we manage, monitor and support for them, and support all of it after launch. Our work is in daily use at the Ministry of Health, RITCO, Woodhabitat and organisations across Rwanda, with clients across Africa and beyond.

We use current tools and proven engineering practice, and we test across the devices, browsers and network conditions people actually use.

How we deliver

Every project follows the same seven steps, so you always know what happens next and what you will see at the end of each one.

Discovery
We start with your goals, your users and your constraints. A short discovery phase ends with a written scope, a timeline and a fixed first milestone.
UI and UX design
We map user journeys and design the screens, then test them with real users before any code is written.
Prototype
An interactive prototype lets you try the product early, so changes are cheap and decisions are made on something real.
Development
We build in short iterations, with regular demos on a schedule agreed with you, so you see progress as it happens.
Testing
Every release is tested across devices, browsers and network conditions, like the ones your users actually have.
Deployment
We deploy to cloud servers we manage, monitor and support for you, or to your own infrastructure, and handle app-store submission for mobile apps.
Support
After launch we monitor, maintain and improve the system, with a support line your team can call.
